DESCRIPTION: SAOGA 38th Annual Golf Tournament (5th – 8th November 2020) \n The 38th Annual SAOGA Golf Tournament will commence Thursday 5th November and run until Sunday 8th November 2020 at Clare Golf and Country Club. The following is an outline of expected activities and functions. \nGolf: \n Similar format as every year with a Thursday Stroke comp\, Friday Ambrose\, Saturday and Sunday Stableford comp. Thursday / Friday start time at 1:00 pm\, Saturday / Sunday morning start at 8:30 am \nFunctions: \nFriday evening casual function\, Saturday and Sunday lunches and a formal Saturday evening dinner. Functions will be held in the Clare Country Club and Golf Course facilities. \nAccommodation:  \nAccommodation options are available from either the Clare Country Club or local area. SAOGA have negotiated a discounted rate for rooms at Clare Country Club\, but note the discounted option rate closes 07-Oct. It is up to individuals to arrange their own accommodation requirements. How the world has changed since our last game at Tanunda Pines on 22nd March! But with easing of restrictions we want to start our season off again\, albeit without a lunch catch-up and prize giving. (But at least we will be out hitting the fairways!) \nOur third game of the 2020 season will be held at The Patawalonga\, Military Road on Sunday 24th May 2020. Tee off time is from 09:54 am playing in groups of 3 (and 1 person per cart) in accordance with Patawalonga guidelines.
